Introducing III

Raydia's blade cut a radius, made
A true radiant statement--her edict was laid.
Keeping away all the people who preyed
On the feeble was purpose, a service unpaid.

Tunic arranged in a way not to raise
The predictable trace of her shape by a gaze.
Blonde hair was shining with effluent rays
That reminded of nimbus with brilliant haze.

Spirit effulgence would radiate grace
But could scorn a whore's cornea--vision erase.
Photon grenade was applied to replace
All an enemy's mass with a vacated space.

Lightness and rightness were twined like a braid
With a morningstar point to flay shadow to shade.
Duty was beautiful, ever displayed
With the usual luminous dead pan arrayed.

  1. Those last two lines were amazing as was the rest, but those especially!

  2. For some reason, this reminded me of "Porphyria's Lover." (that's a good thing!)
