That Was Beautiful

Your thighs bless the water in porcelain tub,
A vision sufficient to forcefully drub
The limiting image of villainy done
By wicked, iniquitous, indigent one.

The diligent deference you dealt in a boon:
Intelligent reference to relevant swoon.
The slumber of umbrage was telling of new
Constructive conjunction compelling my view.

I hated myself and I hated the world.
My brain did lambaste with affliction unfurled.
But scrutiny floundered when feeling your word,
You said that I'm better, then curing occurred.

The light you reflect is deflecting my doubt.
Despite fear's objection, connecting the route
From now to forever with you will be how
Contrition and I solve our infinite row.

The sight of you shines with a compliment claimed.
The past is an aspect your nature has maimed.
All previous people we were face a braid
Of cable and razor--no shame can abrade.

  3. These words are particularly moving:
"Your thighs bless the water in porcelain tub," and "The light you reflect is deflecting my doubt."
You've woven an amazing tapestry of love, lust, admiration, and more. Very well done.
